okay stay, some issues
room size street noise
the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the room size really was a joke for the price i paid. i barely had enough room to move around. also, the noise from the street at night was really a problem and kept me awake.

spacious room useful kitchenette helpful staff free wine
The room felt spacious despite its standard size. i liked the kitchenette it had a microwave and a small fridge. It's convenient. the super nice team with directions and suggestions. They knew the area well. free wine in the evenings was a plus.
the lift was a bit slow during peak hours.

The hotel location is just off the strand, so covent garden is a short walk. many theaters are within walking distance. A bus stop is right across the street, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

The room included blackout curtains. This really helped with sleep. it had a mini fridge, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. the room were spotlessly clean. This.

concealed kitchenette filtered water spacious bathroom
The room had a cleverly concealed kitchenette. It included a sink and filtered water on tap. The room provided ample tea and coffee. The bathroom was spacious.
Premesis were not in line with the price level and did not match the digital presentation.

excellent location cute staff smaller room missing wine
the location was excellent. it was close to many attractions (i walked everywhere!). the staff were very cute. they were helpful with directions.
my room was smaller than i expected. i think the digital presentation was misleading. also, a promised bottle of wine wasn't there upon arrival. i was a bit disappointed by this.
